Frigate A.R.A created?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a2cdaa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a2cdaa\" in use, and in the case of the <strong>Frigate A.R.A<\/strong>, whose real name is A.R.A Presidente Sarmiento, its function was even more specific and important.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The frigate was commissioned by the then Argentine government, to a British shipyard. This request had a very good justification, and that is that although Argentina had naval ships, none were modern enough to prepare the young people who were entering the navy adequately.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>So this was a renovation plan, similar to what the entire country was undergoing in the late 19th century.<\/p><p>In England, the construction of the Frigate A.R.A Presidente Sarmiento began on February 14, 1896, and ended on August 31, 1897.
