designer of Catalan origin. He was born in the province of Tarragona in 1852. From a very young age, Gaud\u00ed showed great interest in art, which he later channeled through architecture.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Gaud\u00ed is considered one of the most outstanding architects of the contemporary world, he was the forerunner and main exponent of modernism, a movement that he would use to completely change the construction canons of his time.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Gaud\u00ed began his career as an architect designing lampposts, a small job but one that encouraged him to continue with his professional work.
