Madeleine church have such a curious design?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ba707d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3ba707d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The original Madeleine church was one of the first Catholic temples in <a href=\"https:\/\/tripaim.com\/blog\/en\/paris-en\/paris\"><span style=\"color: #842000;\"><strong>Paris<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, when the French territory was still known as the kingdom of the Franks.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Time damaged the structure of the church, so it had to be demolished, and to replace it, another church began to be quickly planned. However, the new <strong>Madeleine<\/strong> would have a difficult start, and it is that a long series of events prevented it from being completed during its established period.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>The first steps in the construction of the Madeleine were taken in 1764, when the project was handed over to the French architect, Pierre Contant d&#8217;Ivry.
