To protect Budapest, the city that had become their most important place, a military fortress was created on top of a hill, in this way, the first bases of what would one day be <strong>Buda Castle<\/strong> were created.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>The palace that we see today was not built until the beginning of the 14th century, and due to a series of wars and battles with the main rivals of the Hungarians, it had to be rebuilt many times, and each time its appearance changed. , at the same time that the size of the building was expanding.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Despite this, no warfare damaged the Budapest Castle as much as World War II.
