siglo XI comenzaron a crearse madrasas al noroeste de Ir\u00e1n y fueron adopt\u00e1ndose m\u00e1s adelante en el oeste. Se trata de instituciones que formaban a los eruditos isl\u00e1micos en temas de derecho.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mientras que en el mundo de los merin\u00edes significaron espacios para reforzar la legitimidad pol\u00edtica de su dinast\u00eda.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Algunas se construyeron cerca de instituciones educativas, por lo que funcionaban para brindarles asilo a los estudiantes, particularmente a aquellos que no eran de Fez. La mayor\u00eda de los estudiantes de esta madrasa eran de pueblos y ciudades del noroeste de Marruecos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Esta madraza fue una de las principales escuelas de religi\u00f3n cor\u00e1nica, ubicada en el barrio Attarine por el que fue bautizada. Durante la \u00e9poca en la que se estableci\u00f3 muchas madrazas estaban siendo construidas. Por eso tienen una estructura similar y se encuentran muy cerca unas de otras.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En 1915 este establecimiento fue nombrado monumento del patrimonio hist\u00f3rico de Marruecos. Al ingresar, el silencio de la zona junto con su bella fuente de m\u00e1rmol que se alza en el centro del patio lo convierten en un espacio pac\u00edfico. El agua que llena la fuente proviene del arroyo subterr\u00e1neo que tiene la madraza.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El edificio de la <strong>Medersa Al-Attarine<\/strong> tiene dos pisos, en uno de los cuales est\u00e1 el hall de entrada. A ambos lados de la medersa hay galer\u00edas sostenidas por columnas de m\u00e1rmol y arcos de madera tallada. Encima de ellas se encuentran las habitaciones del segundo piso donde los estudiantes se alojaban.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El patio central de la madraza est\u00e1 cubierto por cer\u00e1mica vidriada de azulejos, madera y yeser\u00eda. Mientras que en la decoraci\u00f3n se repiten las formas geom\u00e9tricas y caligr\u00e1ficas por todo el lugar.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Desde un extremo del patio se puede acceder a la sala de oraci\u00f3n. Esta tiene una forma rectangular y sobre ella se alza una c\u00fapula cuadrada de madera. El dise\u00f1o de la estructura demuestra c\u00f3mo los arquitectos se las ingeniaron para lograr una soluci\u00f3n elegante en un espacio tan
