indispensable de visita del centro hist\u00f3rico. El Rey de esa \u00e9poca, Ladislao II\u00a0 se \u00a0traslad\u00f3 con toda su corte en 1485 de du residencia habitual en ciudad al Castillo de Praga. Este rey vivi\u00f3 el resto de su vida en el Castillo de Praga por lo que interrumpieron las obras de construcci\u00f3n de la Torre. Hasta 1836 los reyes no volvieron a usar la Torre, ni la Corte Real, como paso en las procesiones de coronaci\u00f3n. A partir de esta fecha lo habitual es que se atravesara la torre para ir a la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Catedral_de_San_Vito\"><strong>Catedral de San Vito<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0y el Castillo.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>En 1541 un incendio dej\u00f3 la torre pr\u00e1cticamente destruida y fue en 1592, durante la gesti\u00f3n del entonces alcalde de Praga <strong>Kroc\u00edn\u00a0Drahobejle<\/strong>, que se reanud\u00f3 la edificaci\u00f3n creando una nueva entrada y a\u00f1adiendo una escalera de caracol (en uso hasta hoy en d\u00eda). Anteriormente se acced\u00eda a\u00a0la torre s\u00f3lo por una galer\u00eda desde la Corte Real.<\/p><p>En 1757 la torre sufri\u00f3 da\u00f1os debido a los ataques del ej\u00e9rcito prusiano y la ornamentaci\u00f3n de la decoraci\u00f3n tuvo que ser \u00a0restaurada en 1817. Los emblemas de las ciudades reales de Bohemia fueron tallados debajo del almenaje.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Con una altura de 65 metros la Torre de la P\u00f3lvora est\u00e1 habilitada en su interior para ser visitada. A disposici\u00f3n de sus visitantes dispone de una\u00a0exposici\u00f3n sobre la historia de Praga y sus torres. El primer piso est\u00e1 adornado con estatuas de los reyes de Bohemia, Jorge de Podiebrad y\u00a0Vladislav II, y del otro lado a\u00a0P\u0159emysl Otakar II y Carlos IV. \u00a0Encima de las estatuas de los reyes est\u00e1n unos \u00e1ngeles alados y en las cuatro columnas de las esquinas el le\u00f3n checo con el emblema de la Ciudad Vieja de Praga. Al nivel del segundo piso hay estatuas de santos y los patronos checos y en su centro el Cristo y la Virgen con el Ni\u00f1o.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a1Hay que conocerla! \u00a0la Torre de la P\u00f3lvora es bella por fuera y seguro que la fotografiaras hasta aburrirte pero en el interior te esperan unas vistas impresionantes de Praga cuando alcances los 44 metros de altura, despu\u00e9s
