Media, cuando los pastores n\u00f3madas de las estepas h\u00fangaras cocinaban la carne de sus reba\u00f1os en grandes ollas de metal sobre el fuego. El nombre goulash proviene de la palabra h\u00fangara guly\u00e1s, que significa pastor.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Se trata de una comida sencilla y casera que lleva pocos trozos de carne.
