or\u00edgenes de la Plaza del Popolo <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e62f12d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e62f12d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Esta plaza es una de las m\u00e1s notorias de la capital italiana, sin embargo, sus or\u00edgenes son un poco confusos. No hay consenso sobre los motivos de su fundaci\u00f3n, pero se presume que fue creada para acompa\u00f1ar una capilla cercana, y que su construcci\u00f3n fue financiada por el pueblo de <a href=\"https:\/\/tripaim.com\/blog\/roma\/roma\"><span style=\"color: #842000;\"><strong>Roma<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, de all\u00ed su nombre.&nbsp;<\/p><p><br><\/p><p>A pesar de ello, otra teor\u00eda afirma que, en realidad, su denominaci\u00f3n proviene de su ubicaci\u00f3n. Ya que se encuentra a los pies del monte Pincio, en una zona de muy poca elevaci\u00f3n que en lat\u00edn es conocida como populus, y que en espa\u00f1ol significa \u00e1lamo. Igualmente, esta propuesta sobre los or\u00edgenes de la plaza, sugiere que se eligi\u00f3 este lugar tan peculiar porque all\u00ed se encontraba la tumba del emperador Ner\u00f3n.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Sea como sea, la <strong>Plaza del Popolo <\/strong>se ha convertido en uno de los espacios p\u00fablicos m\u00e1s frecuentados de Roma, tanto por locales como por turistas.
