Romano de Agripa) fue construido en el a\u00f1o 27 a.C. por orden de Marco Vipsanio Agripa, y estaba dedicado a todos los dioses de la mitolog\u00eda romana, como su nombre lo indica. Sin embargo, el edificio original fue destruido por un incendio, y la estructura que se conoce en la actualidad fue reconstruida por el emperador Adriano alrededor del a\u00f1o 125 d.C.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Este \u00faltimo mantuvo la inscripci\u00f3n original de Agripa en la fachada del edificio como un homenaje, lo que llev\u00f3 a confusiones hist\u00f3ricas sobre su verdadero constructor. Este gesto fue un reflejo de la pol\u00edtica de Adriano de respetar y preservar los logros de sus predecesores.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A lo largo de los siglos, el <strong>Pante\u00f3n <\/strong>ha sido testigo de la transformaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/tripaim.com\/blog\/roma\/roma\"><span style=\"color: #842000;\"><strong>Roma<\/strong><\/span><\/a> y su cultura. En el a\u00f1o 609 d.C., el edificio fue consagrado como iglesia cristiana bajo el nombre de Santa Mar\u00eda de los M\u00e1rtires, lo que ayud\u00f3 a protegerlo de la destrucci\u00f3n durante la Edad Media.
