Los or\u00edgenes de <a href=\"https:\/\/tripaim.com\/blog\/tallin\/tallin\"><span style=\"color: #842000;\"><strong>Tallin<\/strong><\/span><\/a> son tan remotos, que pueden trazarse hasta los primeros asentamientos pesqueros que hicieron vida cerca de los muelles, puertos y bah\u00edas naturales de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Con el correr del tiempo, Tallin se estableci\u00f3 formalmente como una ciudad, y al igual que cualquier otra urbe, necesitaba un centro administrativo. De all\u00ed surgi\u00f3 el Ayuntamiento, ente encargado de gobernar esta peque\u00f1a porci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>El primer edifico del Ayuntamiento estaba ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca del legendario Castillo de Toompea.
