Sin embargo, con el tiempo esta metr\u00f3poli se convirti\u00f3 en una de las urbes m\u00e1s hermosas de Europa. Del mismo modo, no pod\u00edan darse el lujo de crear un monumento que solo cumpliera con un fin decorativo, y que no fuese \u00fatil para los ciudadanos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pese a ello, el proyecto se llev\u00f3 a cabo y el encargado de darle vida a la <strong>Fuente de Robba<\/strong> fue un escultor italiano, conocido como Francesco Robba. Este renombrado artista hab\u00eda nacido en Venecia, pero pas\u00f3 casi toda su vida en Liubliana.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Asimismo, Robba era un gran admirador de los trabajos de Bernini, y quer\u00eda que la capital eslovena tuviese una fuente similar a la Fuente de los Cuatro R\u00edos, ubicada en la m\u00edtica Plaza Navona.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>De esta manera, nace la Fuente de Robba, la cual fue trasladada al centro de Liubliana en 1751.
